OGG Couch to 5 K

July 20th:

I have decided that I would like to run in a 5K , so I am setting out to start the Couch to 5K program, with modifications to suit ME of course!

First off, since I am not an avid exerciser, or moderate exerciser. I’m more of a sometimes-sporadic-only if I feel like it type of exerciser.  And that has got to change!

So, to eaaasssee into my running (since I don’t run…at all) I am first going to start just simply getting into the habit of exercising by starting an easy gym regimen.  Nothing fancy, just attainable!This will get my body moving and my mind used to getting movement in daily.

So here is my first weeks fitness goals:

July 23: 2 2 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym before we head off to Kings Island

July 24: 2 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym BEFORE work

July 25: Zumba Class at the Gym at 10:15am

July 26: 2 mile walk on teh treadmill at the gym before church

July 27th: 2 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym before work

July 28th: 2 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym before work
